Yieldbay is a non-custodial software interface designed to display, aggregate, and analyze publicly available blockchain data from the Solana network and integrated third-party protocols.

The Service may include:

• Portfolio and position indexing

• Yield and strategy comparisons

• Contextual insights and analytics

• Links or tools facilitating interaction with third-party protocols

Yieldbay does not:

• Custody digital assets

• Control user funds

• Execute blockchain transactions without explicit user approval

• Act as a broker, dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary

All blockchain transactions are executed directly by users via their own wallets and relevant third-party protocols.

2. No Financial or Investment Advice

The Service is provided for informational purposes only.

Nothing on Yieldbay constitutes:

• Financial advice

• Investment advice

• Legal advice

• Tax advice

• A recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any asset

You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks and merits of any transaction and for determining whether any transaction is appropriate for you.

3. User Responsibility and Risk Acknowledgement

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Blockchain and decentralized finance technologies involve significant risk

• Digital assets are volatile and may lose value

• Smart contracts and protocols may fail, be exploited, or behave unexpectedly

• Past performance does not guarantee future results

You assume all risks associated with using the Service and interacting with third-party protocols.

4. Third-Party Protocols and Services

Yieldbay integrates with or links to third-party protocols, applications, and services (“Third-Party Services”).

Yieldbay:

• Does not control or operate Third-Party Services

• Does not guarantee their availability, security, or correctness

• Is not responsible for losses arising from their use

Your interactions with Third-Party Services are governed by their own terms and conditions.

5. Wallets and Permissions

To use certain features of the Service, you may connect a blockchain wallet.

Yieldbay:

• Does not have access to private keys or seed phrases

• Cannot initiate transactions on your behalf without explicit wallet confirmation

• Only accesses public blockchain data unless otherwise disclosed

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and credentials.

6. Accuracy of Information

Yieldbay attempts to present accurate and up-to-date information but does not guarantee that:

• Data is complete, accurate, or current

• Yield estimates or analytics reflect real-world outcomes

• Errors or interruptions will not occur

All data is provided “as is” and may change due to on-chain conditions or third-party protocol updates.

7. No Guarantees or Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

Yieldbay disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Non-infringement

• Accuracy or reliability of data

Yieldbay does not guarantee uptime, availability, or uninterrupted access.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yieldbay and its contributors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages

• Loss of profits, assets, or data

• Losses arising from protocol failures or market movements

• Damages resulting from reliance on information provided by the Service

In no event shall Yieldbay’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you to use the Service, if any.
