Governance Minimalism

Governance in Yieldbay is minimized by design. Only key global parameters — such as λ (risk aversion), θ (rebalancing threshold), and vault whitelists — are adjustable through governance.

All routing, computation, and optimization logic is immutable and algorithmically defined. No DAO, foundation, or admin key can override deterministic execution or interfere with on-chain commitments.

This ensures long-term protocol neutrality and prevents human discretion from introducing bias or manipulation.
